The product prices you see are for the base garment only. As you add more designs, labels, tags or custom packaging to your product, the price will increase according to the price list below.

When you create a product with embroidery, we have to digitise your artwork to a format the embroidery machine will accept. Therefore there is a digitisation fee for each embroidery artwork you add to a product.
In the product preview we will estimate the cost for your embroidery. Once we have digitised the artwork we will use the stitch count to set the correct pricing.
We do not accept files that have been digitised elsewhere and we only charge for artwork that is part of a product.

Digitisation
Converting artwork to a format the embroidery machines will accept.
This is a one-off fee per artwork and is only charged when you create your product, not per customer order. You will receive a proof of your digitised artwork to sign off before the digitisation process is complete.
Once digitised you can reuse the artwork for other embroidery products of the same type.

Our labels and tags service will remove all manufacturer branded labels and add your woven or printed labels and tags to your products on demand.
There is a charge per label or tag added to a product which is charged per order.
The pricing below is for fulfilment services only and does not cover the cost for the labels themselves. You will need to send us your labels and tags prior to us adding them to your product. Please get in touch if you need help sourcing good quality labels.

Printed label
We can apply a printed label to the back of the neck or anywhere else on your product.

Flat woven label
We will sew in your labels to any position you want on your products. The most popular sew in label is the back of neck.

Folded woven label
We will sew in your label folded around an area of your product such as the hem or sleeve.

Swing ticket
Add a swing ticket to your product in the position of your choice.

We will package your orders in any way you want. By default your orders will be sent in a recycled mailing bag for free unless you specify otherwise.

Tissue wrap
We can individually wrap your garments in tissue paper or wrap a whole order.

Stickers
We can use your stickers to seal tissue wrap or apply them to your packaging.

Bagging
We will bag your orders individually or as a whole order. Bagging is the same cost regardless of type of bag (cotton bags, recycled bags or we have even seen compostable bags!).

Inserts & Flyers
We will add an insert or flyer to your packaging. You can choose one insert for all your orders or use specific inserts depending on the product ordered.

Boxing
We will package your order in a box. You can choose to have products packaged in different types of boxes depending on what they are. For example, you might want to have a t-shirt packaged in a t-shirt box and your hoodies packaged in a large box.
